<p>Ghaziabad: Panic gripped Raj Nagar Extension after a Thar rider allegedly opened fire at a Baleno car in broad daylight. The car occupant showed presence of mind and sped away to escape. The Baleno was reportedly hit by three bullets. Police have begun investigation.</p>
